July 29, 2025 Subject: El Campo Blanco Est谩 Ya Para La Siega 馃尵 The Field is White Already to Harvest Qu茅 pasa everybody, It's been a great week, felt the Spirit a lot, my Spanish is progressing good, and we've just been preparing to get out to the field. I leave tomorrow morning to fly to the San Salvador airport, and I'm super hyped to see what life in the field will be like, cuz I feel pretty confident in saying it will be nothing like the mtc haha. We took this assessment called the E.I. this past week that just measures your Spanish fluency and I got a great score on it and a lot better than I was expecting, so that was very encouraging. I'm still expecting to get out to El Salvador and be completely lost and confused for the first little while, but it's all just part of the process of learning the language. Also I was able to do a practice lesson in Spanish this past week with my Papa and Nanny, and it was good to get to see their faces and talk to them in esp...

Tuesday July 22, 2025 Subject:  Otra Semana en la Misi贸n 馃憣 Wassuppp everybody... it was a pretty tame week but we're learning a lot so it's good. We got to go to the Mexico city temple today for p day so that was sweet. It was our second time going, the first time we did initiatories and baptisms, and this week we did sealings and some temple service. Everything's in spanish so that makes it a super cool and different experience. We still been playing a ton of basketball and pickleball, and we also started playing a ton of volleyball this past week and I'm getting pretty good I can't lie. I've been on the mission for well over a month now and the Wednesday of next week I'll be flying out to El Salvador. I'm super excited and also already know it's gonna be a huge shock and transition for the first month out in the field. This past Sunday me and my comp Elder Carman got to prepare and bless the sacrament in Spanish for our sacrament meeting and that ...

Tuesday July 15, 2025 Subject:  2 weeks till El Salvador 馃嚫馃嚮 ¿Qu茅 tal todos? It was a good week at the Mexico ccm. Did a lot, learned a lot, and El Salvador's just getting closer and closer it's crazy, in like 2 weeks I'll be out in the field doing the real stuff in Santa Ana. I memorized the First Vision in espa帽ol this past week, got a bunch of other scriptures down as well like John 3:16, Moroni 10:5, a couple of the lessons, and I'm gonna start working on D&C 4 in Spanish which looks like an absolute beast. Also this past week I gave my first priesthood blessing to one of the sisters in our district and it was a super spiritual experience. I'd been scared that I wouldn't have the right words to say, but as soon as the words started coming out of mouth it was like my physical ears completely turned off and it was absolute silence, but spiritually everything started coming to me and I could feel the Spirit so strongly. After giving the blessing it felt li...

Tuesday July 8, 2025 6:04 p m Subject:  Week 2 in Mexico, 3 Weeks Overall ¿Qu茅 onda?? Yesterday was  my 3 week mark for being on the mission, and I've been in the mexico ccm for almost 2 weeks. Time's flying and the days are starting to blend together so I think I need to start writing the cool stuff down so I have stuff to put in my emails haha. We were hooping for like 4 hours today so that was sweet to play some ball again. We play basically every sport ever here, a lot of pickleball, volleyball, handball, basketball of course. One of the dudes in my district is a D1 quarterback so we've been throwing around the football and it's crazy how effortlessly he throws like 60 yard bombs and zips it right to my hands (he got his ball taken away today tho so we won't be playing anymore of that haha). Besides the sports, it's been pretty repetitive, 3 hour language class in the morning, 3 hour preach my gospel class with some Spanish in the afternoon, some devotionals...
