CΓ³mo han estado my family and friends...
I got transfer news this past Tuesday that I would be leaving Juayua after spending 4 and a half months in the area and so Tuesday and Wednesday I said my goodbyes and farewells to everybody. It was really sad cuz this is a super awesome ward with a ton of cool members and a lot of memories.
Then on Thursday I got sent to my new area Texical 1 in Nahuizalco just 20 minutes away from where I was before haha π Its in the same zone just a different district, so I could end up spending almost a whole year straight just in this zone haha.
I got my new companion Elder Cortez from Guatemala, so its gonna be another transfer of straight spanish haha. He's super chill I think we're gonna do good together. The 3 comps I've had in the field have all been latinos, first a Peruvian, then a Dominican, and now a Guatemalan. I think I'm forgetting how to speak english but at least my spanishs good haha.
The first few days here in Texical 1 have been super cool, saturday we had a combined soccer tournament with the ward and branch. And in case you guys were wanting to know, I did in fact score the winning goal to send us to the semifinals so that was pretty lit...
We also had a few lessons with our friend Hector and set a baptismal date with him for the 14th of this month. He's only like 9 years old but super smart and super ready to get baptized. A bunch of other stuff happened this week but i dont feel like writing more so im gonna leave it here haha
A pretty boring email this week but hope everythings going great for all you guys

We just got off our Monday video call with Colby π₯°❤️✨. We loved getting to meet his new companion, Elder Cortez, from Guatemala. He was really nice and fun to visit with. His English is a lot better than Colby's other companions. His dad and older brother served their missions in El Salvador too and he has a cousin serving his mission in Layton π. He only has about 5 weeks left on his mission and he sounds like he wants to go out strong, teaching everyday.
