Monday January 26, 2026 Subject:  Hooping in Nahui πŸ€ Ey everybody hope youre all doing great, another week here in the pueblo of Nahuizalco. Had a great Sunday, our friend Dennis came for his second time in a row, and this time his sister Daniela came too which was super lit. We've been trying to get her to come for almost a month now and she finally pulled up and she liked it a ton. The plan is to extend both of them baptism dates this week, they now both have a ton of friends at church and are excited to come again this next sunday. If all goes well we're gonna set a date with our friend Lisandro as well this wednesday. It was a pretty normal week but the work is moving which is definitely a blessing We hooped again this friday and Dennis and Lisandro pulled up again with a bunch of other youth from the church, its sweet to see all the connections theyre making with the members. Theyre all really really bad haha but its chill its still a fun time I've also been noticing ...

Monday January 19, 2026 Subject: The Will of the Father - πŸ₯³ BAUTISMO DE ANDY πŸ₯³ Que tal a todos, como han estado?? Super sweet week here in nahuizalco... been working super super hard every day, and been seeing some fruits as well which is a huge blessing.  Sunday was super awesome, my boy Andy was able to make his first covenant with God and get baptized, and my comp Elder Villamar was able to help in his first ever baptism, it was super cool to see, I was smiling the whole day haha. Our friend Dennis that we've been teaching for about 3 weeks now came to play basketball with us and a bunch of youth from the church friday night, and then he came with us to church on Sunday, stayed for the 2 hours, and then stayed to watch the baptism of Andy as well, and he said he liked all of it. Sunday was definitely a huge miracle. Another one of our friends in teaching, Lisandro, also came to play basketball friday night, and he's super close to getting baptized. Lisandros crazy smart an...

Be Perfected in Him - Moroni 10:32

Image
Monday January 12, 2026 Subject: Be Perfected in Him - Moroni 10:32 Qué ondas everybody It was a super weird week, cuz it was really successful and then also really disappointing at the same time. The area looked pretty grim about 2 weeks ago when I got transferred here, but we've been able to turn things around pretty quick, we've found a ton of new people, extended a bunch of baptismal invitations and have a few baptisms lined up for the next few weeks. But for Sunday we were expecting a minimum of like 6 people to come to church with us and the potential of double digits, but we only ended up with 1 friend at church so that was kind of disappointing for how hard we worked, but it's better than 0 haha. Another bummer was that our friend Andy was gonna get baptized this past Sunday but the date had to get pushed back a week cuz he drank coffee again, but he's super smart and ready to go for this next Sunday 🀞and he showed some interest in being a missionary, so once h...

Monday January 5, 2026 Subject: Let Us Cheerfully Do All Things That Lie In Our Power QuΓ© tal everybodyyy First week in my new area Nahuizalco 2 with my new comp Elder Villamar and it went super great. This areas struggled a lot for the past 6 months, but this week went really good and we set ourselves up for a pretty good month. Its been awesome working with Elder Villamar this week, we've been working as hard as we can everyday and we're just beat when we get back to the house every night. I've just got a little over 6 months on the mission and my comps still in his training so we're both super hungry and willing to work. Monday right after p-day we found someone new right off the bat, a kid named Dennis who's about 15 years old. A few days later we started teaching his sister and then on saturday his mom. They seem super positive and have been reading the Book of Mormon and understand the lessons really good. We also set a baptismal date with our friend Andy and ...
