Subject: The Will of the Father - πŸ₯³ BAUTISMO DE ANDY πŸ₯³

Que tal a todos, como han estado??
Super sweet week here in nahuizalco... been working super super hard every day, and been seeing some fruits as well which is a huge blessing.

Sunday was super awesome, my boy Andy was able to make his first covenant with God and get baptized, and my comp Elder Villamar was able to help in his first ever baptism, it was super cool to see, I was smiling the whole day haha. Our friend Dennis that we've been teaching for about 3 weeks now came to play basketball with us and a bunch of youth from the church friday night, and then he came with us to church on Sunday, stayed for the 2 hours, and then stayed to watch the baptism of Andy as well, and he said he liked all of it. Sunday was definitely a huge miracle.

Another one of our friends in teaching, Lisandro, also came to play basketball friday night, and he's super close to getting baptized. Lisandros crazy smart and remembers everything we teach him, he could basically be a missionary already haha. We're just waiting for him to get permission from his dad and then he'll be able to be baptized. This week we found a house of 12 kids, theyre all like between the ages of 5 and 17, its super nuts. But a few of them seem to have real interest so we'll see how things go with that 🀞

I listened to a byu speech by Elder Holland this week called "The Will of the Father", its super great, you should listen to it if you get the chance. He talks about the humility and perfect obedience of Jesus Christ, and how that He never sought in His own glory, and only the glory of His Father. I've come to learn that humility is the key to happiness and an essential characteristic of a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Hope everyones doing super awesome, talk again soon

Nos vemos

3 Nephi 11:10-11
"10 Behold, I am Jesus Christ, whom the prophets testified shall come into the world.
11 And behold, I am the light and the life of the world; and I have drunk out of that bitter cup which the Father hath given me, and have glorified the Father in taking upon me the sins of the world, in the which I have suffered the will of the Father in all things from the beginning."
