Subject: Navidad en Nahuizalco

Buenossss dias everybody

Theres only like 3 days till christmas supposedly but theres no snow on the ground and its still like 80 degrees, it feels super weird haha.

My comp Elder Cortez is heading home in less than 2 weeks and I've only been with him for 2 weeks, so thats gonna be sad. I feel like I know the area pretty good now and we're building momentum each week that passes, so I'm excited to get to work this week. We've talked with a bunch of people the last little bit, so I feel like we've set this week up good to start seeing some more fruits hopefully.

Wednesday this week an hermana in the branch needed some help with yardwork, and we thought it would just be like helping a little with gardening or something but when we showed up to her house there was just a huge pile of like 50 massive rocks, and at that point we were starting to have second thoughts about this "small" service project. But we did it cuz shes a nice hermana and she feeds us a lot. She had us haul the rocks back and forth from the main road to her house that was about 100 feet away, cuz they're working on building a new wall right now. We were hauling the rocks and our backs for like an hour and a half non-stop and we were dead by the end, but it felt good to help her out.

We had a bunch of great lessons this week, I can feel myself progressing a little more each day, and I think we're starting to get rolling. I cant really think of much else that happened this week, but hope everythings going great for all of you

Adiosss
