Monday February 23, 2026 Subject:  Up and Down and Back Up 🎢 Que tal como estan fam and friends!! First off want to shout out my boy Elder Andrew Laypath, the most loyal gym bro that I guy could ask for, he just got his mission call and he's headed to Arizona!! He's gonna be a crazy good missionary, Arizonas gotta watch out 🗣 As far as its going out here in El Salvador its been a roller coaster week... we've already gotten our tears out so I'm not too sad about it anymore, but Dennis's mom ending up refusing to give her consent for Dennis's baptism 😔 And Daniela was too scared to get baptized if Dennis didnt, so neither of them ended up being able to get baptized. We had some really sad, depressing nights this week, cuz we had put everything into helping this family out. We had tried so hard and done everything we could possibly do, they wanted to get baptized, but because of things outside of their own control and agency, they couldnt make their own decision...

Monday February 16, 2026 Subject: Alma 36 🔥 Ey fam and friends hope youve all had a great week It was honestly a pretty successful week but I dont feel like writing much haha... our friends Dennis and Daniela showed up to church again on Sunday, theyre getting ready to be baptized this next Sunday which is gonna be so awesome. We were able to find a bunch of new people to teach this week so our schedule is crazy packed this upcoming week, we're gonna be dead by Sunday haha. Sorry for the boring email but I'll try to do better next week This week I studied Alma 36 when the prophet Alma shares his conversion story with his son Helaman, and its such a powerful chapter of the scriptures. He talks about the absolute pain and guilt and hopelessness that he felt because of his sins and then the light and joy and hope that he felt when he began his repentance process and turned to God. Monday February 9, 2026 Subject: Then Is My Soul Filled With Joy    Qué lo que fam and friends?? Another solid week in the mission, the works going pretty good, felt the Spirit a lot this week. Getting our friends Dennis and Daniela ready for their baptisms on the 22nd of this month, I feel like this week is gonna be super key so that they feel super prepared by that date.  And then yesterday we talked with our friend Lisandro and he told us he wants to get baptized 3 weeks from now, March 1. So we're gonna be working really hard with them so that none of their baptismal dates fall through and so that they can reach their goals of getting baptized and making their first covenant with God. Saturday we went to help build a house for a member, it was really cool to see but I dont think we were that useful cuz they mainly just needed carpenters and welders haha. So they just had us tear down a fence and carry around a bunch of random stuff for them, but it was still cool to b...

Tuesday February 3, 2026 (P-day got moved to Tuesday for a trip to the San Salvador temple) Subject: El Salvador 2-3-2026 Oyyy hows everyone doing Its already february 2026 thats nuts A cat snuck in 3 times this week and left a caca in the same exact corner of the house each and every time. We set up some defenses so it cant get in anymore.  Saturday we saw like a dozen kids playing soccer and we challenged them to a game and me and my comp won them 5-4 and then they listened to a message from us (I got a humble 4 goals, I kinda popped off I can't lie) Our whole goal and focus for this week was to put 2 baptismal dates with our friends Dennis and Daniela. We've had them in teaching for about a month, they've both come to church, and we were feeling good about inviting them to get baptized. We went into the visit super prepared with a well thought out lesson outline and how we were going to extend the invitation, a lot of fasting and prayer, and 2 members to come with us to ...
