Qué me cuentan whats up cheles

We're in december already and supposedly thanksgiving already happened... I think time is fake its such a crazy concept and it moves so fast

I've already spent 3 transfers here in El Progreso in Juayua, El Salvador, and its pretty likely my times coming to an end in this area, but we'll see what the transfer news is. Juayua's such a cool place, we get fed everyday by the members, its a pretty massive area, we have sick mountains and jungles, the weathers awesome, and theres some really cool people here. I dont really want to leave but I'm good to go wherever I get sent.

This week we found a few new families which was awesome, cuz I feel like lately we had just been finding individual people rather than the whole family. I want to help these people not only come unto Christ but stay close to Him, and I feel like thats a lot easier to do when they have the support of their loved ones as well.

Not really any cool stories I can remember from this week but a good week overall. And also listen to the talk by Elder Holland "Safety for the Soul" if you havent listened to it recently, that guy talks with the Spirit holy its powerful haha

Tuesday July 1, 2025  11:33am Subject: Locked In ¿Qué pasa con todos??? I'm not sure how good of an email writer I am, but I'll try my best to send weekly ones because my mom wants me to.  I'm 5 days into the Mexico mtc and it's crazy how much can happen in less than a week when you just forget about everything else and put all your effort into one thing. The food's been hit or miss, but everything else has been on point. I have some sweet roommates and the number of times we've just been dying laughing is crazy for only knowing each other a week. Our district is the chillest and I have a sick companion Elder Carman. Singing the hymns in Spanish has been so cool and this language is so fun to learn. During home mtc, it got to a point I was so bored of the zoom calls and sitting in the same room 8 hours a day that I was watching anything in my free time that wouldn't get me in trouble. A Lot of Rain ☂️

Monday, September 1, 2025 Subject: A Lot of Rain ☂️  Wassup everybody, It was a solid week, went by super fast but also super slow haha. We had a ton of rain this week, and when it rains in El Salvador it RAINS. The streets straight up turn into rivers and everyone goes into their houses because it's pretty dangerous. I think it was like Wednesday or Thursday, but we were way up in the mountains around San Juan, it was like 6:30 and already getting dark, and the rain was coming down super hard. We were waiting on the side of the road until a pickup came, and we got into the back of it and started driving down the mountain and going into the rain at like 40 mph.  It was like a 15 minute ride of just getting absolutely pelted by the rain, it was so bad haha. I had a little umbrella that I was holding like a shield in the back of the pickup but it didn't help at all, it was getting bent in from the wind and rain and we got completely soaked. Week 2 in Mexico, 3 Weeks Overall

Tuesday July 8, 2025 6:04 p m Subject:  Week 2 in Mexico, 3 Weeks Overall ¿Qué onda?? Yesterday was  my 3 week mark for being on the mission, and I've been in the mexico ccm for almost 2 weeks. Time's flying and the days are starting to blend together so I think I need to start writing the cool stuff down so I have stuff to put in my emails haha. We were hooping for like 4 hours today so that was sweet to play some ball again. We play basically every sport ever here, a lot of pickleball, volleyball, handball, basketball of course. One of the dudes in my district is a D1 quarterback so we've been throwing around the football and it's crazy how effortlessly he throws like 60 yard bombs and zips it right to my hands (he got his ball taken away today tho so we won't be playing anymore of that haha). Besides the sports, it's been pretty repetitive, 3 hour language class in the morning, 3 hour preach my gospel class with some Spanish in the afternoon, some devotionals...
