Subject: John 3:5 - Born Again

Wasssupppp fam and friends

A good week in Nahuizalco, we had transfers this week and both me and my comp Elder Villamar are staying together here in Nahuizalco ! !
Now its 100% guaranteed that my comps leaving at the end of this transfer so I'm gonna end up staying here in Nahui for at least 5 months and its also pretty possible that I could end up staying here for 6 and a half months haha. My gringo roommate Elder Church from California got transferred which was pretty sad cuz that dudes a dawg, he made some killer panckes, and we had a great time together... but this week was really good overall, when we found out that me and Elder Villamar were staying together we set some goals for how were gonna improve for this upcoming transfer and we said we want to start talking more about baptism... we invited a ton of people to prepare to be baptized this week and now we have baptismal dates with 3 of our friends, Karen, Mateo, and Miguel.

I love getting to teach about the doctrine of baptism and its blessings because baptism gives us full access to the Atonement of Jesús Christ. We start a new life with the sustaining and redeeming power of God the Father, His Son Jesús Christ, and the Holy Ghost. The purpose of having faith in Jesus Christ, the purpose of repenting, the purpose of trials, the purpose of our life on earth, the purpose of baptism- is change. To let God work in your life and to let Him save you, redeem you, and exalt you. President Ezra Taft Benson has said, "Men and women who turn their lives over to God will discover that He can make a lot more out of their lives than they can".

If you have already taken the step of being baptized and still feel like you havent been transformed and turned into a new creature, start the transformation process anew by turning to Christ in sincere prayer, repenting, abandoning any sin that is weighing you down and keeping you from being confident in the presence of God, and go to church this Sunday and partake of the sacrament to remember the sacred covenants you have made with your Father in Heaven. Exaltation is a life-long process that continues after death, so do not expect yourself to be perfect because you will not be in this life, but expect yourself to do all that is in your power to take advantage of the redeeming power of Christs Atonement, "and then may (you) stand still, with the utmost assurance, to see the salvation of God, and for his arm to be revealed."

The Church of Jesus Christ has been restored on the earth today, it contains the fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ with all of its blessings, promises, covenants, and ordinances. God has called a prophet on the earth today and he receives revelation for our present-day trials and circumstances. I know without a doubt that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. Read that book and if you do you will not be able to deny its divine origin.

Let Jesus unlock your full potential and lead you to eternal happiness. I hope you all have a great week and I testify of these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
