Subject: Super Crazy News πŸ€―

I didn't feel like mentioning this but I feel like its necessary. Last monday during my call with my family I received some news that I was not expecting. I really didnt think this day would ever come but theres some things that are just outside of your control and you just have to accept it. But anyways I'm just gonna say it... Bam Adebayo scored 83 points in an NBA game. How in the world did Bam Adebayo drop 83. I swear his career high was like 37 before that game πŸ˜‚ theres no shot he dropped 83 I still refuse to believe it

But as far as the missionary work in El Salvador goes this week was super awesome. We saw a bunch of miracles this week, we started off the week just planning on having our friend Karens baptism but then after several miracles her sister Maryorie is gonna get baptized too! Karen was gonna get baptized this past Sunday but we decided to move it so that her mom could be able to show up to her baptism and now her sister Maryorie also wants to get baptized so this next Sundays gonna be super awesome. We had several friends come with us to church this week and it was another awesome Sabbath day. Karen and Maryorie are super escogidas, both super excited to get baptized and have been coming to church on a bus ride straight after working a shift at 3 in the morning. Its like a breath of fresh air to get to teach people that are so willing to come and make sacrifices to get closer to God.

A super powerful spiritual experience that we had this week was with an hermana thats just starting to come back to church after like 20 years of being inactive. We were just walking by her house on the way to a different appointment and we had the impression to stop by and see how she was doing. We knocked and she opened the door and about 30 seconds later she was in tears telling us about the very hard situation that shes been living with, and how she was thinking about running away because she felt like she couldnt do it anymore. We had a short visit with her and before leaving we asked if she wanted a blessing. We gave her the blessing and while I was giving it I could feel the love that God has for her, and it filled my soul it was such a beautiful feeling. I could feel the Spirit speaking to me during the blessing and it was an experience I'll always remember. I had been doubting my ability to give meaningful blessings in Spanish because I felt like it was hard for me to follow the Spirit while giving priesthood blessings in a different language, but this time I knew exactly what to say and it was a huge testimony builder for me. Our purpose in going was to comfort this hermana in her time of trouble, and we left her house strengthened and comforted. When we strive to bless others we are also blessed.

Overall it was a super great week with a bunch of miracles and filled with the Spirit. Let me know how youre all doing and have a great week!!

P.s. I made a march madness bracket that I'm gonna put in my Google fotos if anyone wants to see how bad I do this year πŸ˜‚ I'm pretty sure my brackets already super busted but keep me updated on what happens and all the upsets

Helaman 4:15:
"And it came to pass that they did repent, and inasmuch as they did repent they did begin to prosper."

This is the lady Colby gave a blessing to this week. This was a picture from from when they first met her.

Guy who insisted on buying Colby and Elder Villimar pupusas. Colby said he was drunk and they didn't want him to buy them pupusas when he was drunk but he insisted. He came to church with a member friend of his this week πŸ˜ƒ.

Missionary committee meetings I think.
